Collision

This week has been war in the spirit. The texts and messages flooding in for prayers have been hit with sudden deaths, sickness, loss of vehicles, loss of homes, loss of jobs, struggling ministries, and more. If you are in this group that has been hit with wave after wave of war, hear this encouragement I have been hearing... I keep hearing the word "collision". The second definition listed for collision is "an instance of conflict between opposing ideas, interests, or factions. a collision between experience and theory". Experience and theory. In our faith walk I would tweak this definition to say "experience and truth" because the words and plans declared over our lives are TRUTH not merely theory waiting to be proved. Though our experience- especially during these times- may be in Stark conflict with them. There is a powerful shift in the Spirit that I have mentioned before that is coming in February/March. The enemy cannot stop your promises from coming to fruition. But he can tempt you to just stop moving. To walk away. To give up. STAND STRONG, my brothers and sisters. You may feel you have no fight left in you, but even if you don't feel that you can charge, God can give you the strength merely to STAND your ground! "Our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to STAND YOUR GROUND, and after you have done everything, to STAND." Ephesians 6:12-13 Take comfort that even when attacks are not SENT FROM God, He can use them to teach and train your hands for higher levels. As He defeats these attacks with you, watch for what He is teaching you to strengthen you against attacks. Then what he teaches, you RELEASE. You become a breaker, teaching others as you have learned from Him in this time. "All at once". I keep hearing "all at once". These things have come all at once. So shall the release from these waves of trial come all at once. Yesterday as I went to bed, I glanced outside and was shocked to see it look like daytime. The mixture of thick fog and stadium lights several blocks away gave it the appearance of day. It reminded me of Joshua's prayer being answered in Joshua 10 to literally stop the sun so that he could win the battle. God will literally do the SUPERNATURAL to help you in battle. Take courage remember that God is FOR you and that He is the very same that stopped the sun in the sky for Joshua to win his battles (Joshua 10).
