Ask Where I’m Going

As we approach the new year, God says, "Ask Me where we're going"... “...None of you asks me, ‘Where are you going?’ Rather, you are filled with grief because I have said these things.” John‬ ‭16:5-6‬ ‭NIV‬‬ God want to FILL His people with ANTICIPATION and HOPE going into this new season. He sees those who are anxious about the future not holding good things. He sees those who have been so hurt and grieved by the past they don't want to ask what's to come. He sees those who have fallen into the belief that things will never change and lost the expectancy for greater things. He wants to speak to these specific troubling things in your life, so ASK and watch for His answers. To those filled with grief or apprehension, He says, "Ask Me where we're going! The answer will surprise you with it's GOODNESS.". WHEN OUR FEAR (meaning honor or reverence) OF GOD IS GREATER THAN OUR FEAR OF CIRCUMSTANCES, IT OPENS THE WAY TO FULL HEARTS! “He fulfills the desires of those who fear him; he hears their cry and saves them.” ‭‭Psalm‬ ‭145:19‬ ‭NIV‬‬ In Strong's concordance the reference for 2018 is, in the Greek, epipheno, meaning "to bring forward" and in the Hebrew, haphekah, meaning "to overthrow". The past that has set your expectations is to be LEFT BEHIND because He is bringing you FORWARD in a completely new way. This is the year it changes. He also is inviting us to embrace our anointing as OVERTHROWERS of the powers of darkness and all that has held us bound in the past. Year of Unity Corporately, I feel the Lord saying that we have seen the lightning, but this year will be the year of thunder. The rumbling reaction to the energy that has been built and dispersed. It will not appear as we expect it to. In fact, if we could see we would laugh with surprise. He is BRINGING HIS PEOPLE TOGETHER IN A NEW WAY. From the East and West, poor and rich, all walks of life. With the bringing forward anointing, we will see a fast progression and deep awakening across the world- people coming together all over the world to build the global church. God will draw people you least expect to you as they see Him working in you. ““My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one— I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.” ‭‭John‬ ‭17:20-23‬ ‭NIV‬‬ “This is what the Lord Almighty says: “It may seem marvelous to the remnant of this people at that time, but will it seem marvelous to me?” declares the Lord Almighty. This is what the Lord Almighty says: “I will save my people from the countries of the east and the west.” ‭‭Zechariah‬ ‭8:6-7‬ ‭NIV‬‬ “This is what the Lord Almighty says: “Now hear these words, ‘Let your hands be strong so that the temple may be built.’ This is also what the prophets said who were present when the foundation was laid for the house of the Lord Almighty. Before that time there were no wages for people or hire for animals. No one could go about their business safely because of their enemies, since I had turned everyone against their neighbor. But now I will not deal with the remnant of this people as I did in the past,” declares the Lord Almighty. “The seed will grow well, the vine will yield its fruit, the ground will produce its crops, and the heavens will drop their dew. I will give all these things as an inheritance to the remnant of this people.” ‭‭Zechariah‬ ‭8:9-12‬ ‭NIV‬‬ “This is what the Lord Almighty says: “In those days ten people from all languages and nations will take firm hold of one Jew by the hem of his robe and say, ‘Let us go with you, because we have heard that God is with you.’ ”” ‭‭Zechariah‬ ‭8:23‬ ‭NIV‬‬
